About Me

It’s never easy to answer the question “Who am I?” in just a few sentences — and I imagine you might feel that too.

We are multidimensional beings. We live through many layers of existence, and life reflects all of them back to us: the light and the shadow, the softness and the strength, the beauty, the chaos, the learning. All of it belongs. All of it is us.

Who I Am Professionally

I am a licensed psychologist, certified coach (ACC level), yoga teacher, and hypnotist. These are my formal qualifications — but they are only one part of the picture.

I have been working with people for over a decade, supporting individuals and groups through deep personal processes, transformation, and healing.

My work is holistic. I support the mind, the body (physical, emotional, and energetic), and the spirit — the deeper inner voice, intuition, and soul.

My approach is grounded in professional education and enriched by lived experience. I don’t guide from theory alone — I guide from a path I have walked myself.

I work with people who feel the call to grow, heal, and expand beyond internal limitations. Together, we gently transform past pain into present strength, clarity, and wisdom.

At the heart of my work is reconnection — reconnecting with the body, the heart, and inner truth. I believe the mind can become a beautiful servant when it no longer rules through fear, tension, or the past.

I deeply respect each person’s unique process. I listen carefully, meet you where you are, and guide you with presence, integrity, and an open heart.

Some of what we inherited was nourishing — love, care, beauty, support. And some of it was painful — limitation, fear, emotional absence, pressure, or instability.

Without realizing it, we can carry unresolved pain from the past into the present. This pain often lives as:

  • core beliefs about who we are and how lovable we are
  • unconscious patterns and habits
  • emotional programs running on autopilot

Like a quiet virus in the system, they can shape our relationships, self-worth, choices, and even our connection to our bodies — until one day we feel disconnected from ourselves.

A Little More About Me — Personally

I was born in the beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland, where I grew up and received my education.

My childhood was both loving and challenging. I experienced warmth and pain, safety and confusion — experiences that shaped my sensitivity and understanding of the human inner world.

As a young woman, I struggled with insecurities and self-destructive patterns. And while that time was difficult, it also taught me resilience, humility, and deep inner strength.

I found Buddhism early in my adult life and became a devoted practitioner for many years. This philosophy helped calm my mind, open my heart, and connect me to a wider perspective of existence — a gift I remain deeply grateful for.

In 2014, love led me to Iceland. After many storms and turns of fate, I created a home there. Iceland’s darkness invited me into my deepest shadows; its bright summers taught me how to shine without holding back. The raw nature and powerful elements became profound teachers.

Living within a different culture expanded my flexibility, acceptance, and trust in the unknown.

After twelve years, another calling arrived — and I moved with my family to Spain. This transition asked me to let go of what I had built, of safety, identity, and certainty. It invited trust, surrender, and alignment with what felt true.

Here, I am creating a new sacred space — for retreats, healing, connection, and deep transformation. I continue to meet my own edges, listening more deeply, responding from awareness rather than habit, staying humble, open, and present.

What Brings Me Joy

I cheerish meaningful conversations — speaking about what truly matters and listening to what lights others up. What we love reveals our hearts and our essence.

I adore animals, nature, and beautiful music.

I enjoy walking barefoot on the beach, listening to the waves, singing, laughing, and being playful.

I love trying new things, even when they scare me a little. There is so much freedom and joy in stepping beyond old ideas of who we think we are.

I have always been deeply curious about self-development, psychology, consciousness, and energy. Creativity is essential to me — sharing my gifts and receiving the gifts of others.

I value lightness and humor, even though I can appear serious and determined at times. I love cooking nourishing meals, creating cozy, beautiful spaces, and surrounding myself with art.
